Carol A. Addy, PA-C
After eleven years of experience as an RN including ER, ICU, Internal Medicine and Surgery, Carol graduated with honors from the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, where she received her PA degree. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
Carol enjoys all aspects of family care and has provided care to many of her patients for over 20 years.
Carol stays busy playing with her grandchildren, being with family and friends, traveling and participating in medical mission trips to Nicaragua.
David C. Yi, M.D.
Dr. David Yi graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in Biophysics and went to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. He then practiced as a hospitalist for two years before joining Trophy Club Family Medicine in 2006. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
He believes strongly in looking deeper into the root cause of disease and disability and not just symptom management. He actually likes to care for patients with complex issues as he finds it rewarding to make complex problems manageable and simplify treatment and medication regimens.
Dr. Yi and his wife are active in their church and often go on medical mission trips to Belize.
Paula Lansford-Seabaugh, DO
Dr. Paula Lansford joined Trophy Club Family Medicine in September of 2013. Dr. Lansford is a native Texan, raised in Stephenville, Texas. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Abilene Christian University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Lansford received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007 from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, and she fulfilled her residency at Texas A&M University specializing in Family Medicine. After three years of private practice in Cleburne, Texas, Dr. Lansford is excited to be a part of the Trophy Club Family Medicine team. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Dr. Lansford specializes in treating the whole family including men, women and children of all ages. She is committed to promoting health and wellness to North Texas. Her mission is to provide quality health care with kindness and compassion.
Outside of family medicine, Dr Lansford enjoys spending time in the community and at home with her husband and two young daughters.
April Enard, D.O.
Dr. April Enard is joining Trophy Club Family Medicine this December. Dr. Enard is a native Texan who successfully ran a practice for 7 years in Family Medicine and Obstetrics in Sweetwater, TX. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge, LA. Dr. Enard received a Master of Science degree in Clinical Research Management (2005) and a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine (2011) from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. She completed her residency training at Conroe Regional Medical Center in Family Medicine. Dr. Enard is board certified in Family Medicine.
Dr. Enard specializes in treating the entire family including men, women and children of all ages and enjoys women’s health and procedures of annual gynecological exams, paps, and all contraception. Skilled in both inpatient and outpatient care, Dr. Enard enjoys treating chronic medical conditions and promoting health and wellness through a combined approach of treating mind, body, soul. The body desires to be healthy and Dr. Enard encourages lifestyle changes to reach health goals.
Dr. Enard enjoys an active lifestyle, church, and travel both domestic and international. She has seven God-children that keep her very busy and enjoys spending time with them along with family and friends. Dr. Enard is recently engaged and planning an upcoming destination wedding in Mexico.
